I explained them that I dont think that i will be getting any alternative land and requested them not to contact me in this regard in future but he kept his efforts continue and at one stage they succeeded by saying that dont u wish to see us settled in this old age and requested me that if you would be allotted one then plz sale it to me only then keeping in their old age and to pay respect I agreed to sale my plot if allotted, after few months he again requested me to sign an agreement to sale on the pretext that this is just an formality to and asked me sign it and were treating me like their son...the agreement to sale was get typed by them asked me to fill the details of the cheques, and on later stage he again motivated me to fight against the decision and advised me an advocate too,never asked me to return his money,finally got FIR registered under section 420 IPC, police arrested me, I paid his entire money as per the settlement held in the Mediation Cell, he filed application for compounding of case, case was compounded by the ACMM, Can I take any action against the Complainant for misleading the court and police by not disclosing the facts and circumstances and getting the FIR against me which resulted my arrest and my right to liberty ?Please advise.
