THE TRUTH IS ALOT OF GIRLS are ditching the dolls at a young age because technology and other things are so much more apealing to them the advertisment for an ipod or a new reality show on mtv is more of eye catcher even for young girls. its hard to keep up with the growinng up stage now its cell phone by 8 yrs old ipod and abercrombieclothese. my niece is eight and this yr shes asking for an ipod touch instead of a birthday party ! its a car by 16 or your not cool keep girls interested in dolls you would need to make them more caught up to technology age and make them almost seem as if its the new trend of the season. things only last a for so long good luck sorry but i have a little girl myself and fear by time shes my nieces age she wont think their rappealingg at all that scares me
