What are my legal standings if a funeral home misleads you?

We called around to different funeral homes and they were the cheapest. So we decided to go with them. They said they would hold the funeral service on Saturday. The next day when we called them. They said oh we got the day mixed up we have five funerals going on that day. So now we're highly upset and now their not sure when the funeral will be. Their not answering our phone calls.We feel misled by them. What can we do legally they already have the body there.
