This girl i hardly knew lied to my face and mislead me into having sex where she got pregnant. What to do?

I met this girl a few years ago, we talked and in less than two weeks i was faced with the decision of having sex or not. Considering i hardly knew her i was relentless in make sure we had protection. If not for the babies sake then just for disease related possibilities. Anyway, she was able to convince me of not having any disease, that she was "just checked". An she used the words "i didn't wanna tell you before because i didn't want you to get grossed out, but im actually a few weeks pregnant and im getting an abortion soon, so you dont have to worry about getting me pregnant". (i have this convo with her saved on my comp) Anyway, after we "hook up", i find out a few days later that she has a boyfriend and he's in jail! I instantly break things off with her, an tell her not to call me anymore. Then i get a call 4 months later saying that she wasnt pregnant then but she is now and its my kid. I dont know what to do, i want nothing to do with this girl and i certainly do not want a child, i took the neccasary precautions but you can only do so much when someone decieves you. Do i have a case here i cant afford child support??
