Is the present scenario of acquittal for the Vizconde massacre give bad taste for Filipino women?

In this case it is Jessica Alfaro, the woman who testified that it is Hubert Webb and his accomplishes who done the crime. After the SC ruling on the case for such a very long time(15 yrs.) they found that Hubert together with other convicted felons are not guilty of the said crime. Let us take back in time, remember the The Subic rape case, officially known as People of the Philippines vs. Chad Carpentier, Dominic Duplantis, Keith Silkwood, and Daniel Smith, was a criminal case in the Philippines involving a Filipina and four US Marines. One involved Filipina name Suzette Nicolas or Nicole. We cheer for her on the news when she won the case at Makati Trial Court 2006 then after a while she suddenly recant her statement that she said she is not even sure if she was rape. Dapat pa bang paniwalaan ang mga babae sa korte pag ganito ng ganito? Now where is Nicole? Some say she is now in the US living and working. So now I also ask where is Jessica? Some said she is abroad. Didn't specifically told the news report where abroad. So kung meron na naman witness at Filipina ito are we bound to believe her? What is your opinion on this?
