Knights of the Old Republic ( KotOR ) Main menu not displaying!!!?

I had the exact same problem and had to change the command line settings to run the game. I'm not at home right now though and I can't remember the fix. Took me about ten minutes of Googling to find it. Look around and you can probably figure it out.
