Call of the dead black ops solo?

Every time i try to start call of the dead solo mod it stop's up i just newly installed it few minute's ago via steam no crack. i hear a guy in start talk about zombie then i hear this window's sound then it stop's up i don't know what to do i wonder if anyone know what the cause might be
