Is the laptop TOSHIBA satellite a205-s5859 CPU speed and video card replaceable?

I want to play my team fortress 2 on steam but the problem is the i checked can you run it.com and its on the middle bar it plays but its kinda laggy even though i play with bots on practice mode (offline). In the website its recommended that i upgrade the CPU speed and the video card so im thinking to upgrade it on saturday so i need answers by tonight. Please help!
