Dont do anything. You are wasting your life and losing out on real relationships because of a crush on someone you dont know. His erratic behaviour has just encouraged you by keeping you on your toes, but really it's just an obsession, it's not real liking. If you ever did get to know him you'd probably realise you dont like him much pretty soon. It sounds as if he might have been slightly flattered by your behaviour, but really, he's fed up with it now, and wishes you'd stop. If there is any chance at all of you two getting together, it will be because you stop all the obsessing and watching him for his every reaction, and start getting on with other friendships and relationships.
