Why is it that the Tagalog translation of this question does not have as many Spanish words, not 40%?

The sounds of Pilipino and Spanish are the same. After Spain, the Filipino tried to translate any foreign words into pure pilipino. Silla = Silya, Mesa = Hapag-kainan or hapag, Cama = Higaan. A Filipino (pilipino purist) will understand what you mean but they don't use those foreign words in writing.
