Why is he ignoring me all of a sudden? Was I mislead by him big time?

My b/f of 7 months left to his country around 1 1/2 month ago. Before leaving he made me believe that he is for sure coming back. He all the times assured me that he is coming back and that he is only going for a one month vacation. He is a USMC. Since he went back he has been calling and texting me all the times. However, few days prior to his coming back date he called and said that he extended his vacation for more two weeks. Few days ago we were exchanging text messages and I asked him when is he coming back, he replied I'll get back to you tomorrow. This was five days ago. However, since then I didn't hear from him and this was a bit unusual as he never allowed such gap. When I called him yesterday he didn't pick up his phone. So I texted him asking him if I can know what's going on at his end. He called me few minutes later claiming that he is getting reading for a wedding of one of his family member. and wanted to know what I mean by asking him such question. I said to him that I haven't heard from him for few days and just wonder whets going on. He replied that he has been busy and will call me back when he comes back from the wedding....Yep he didn't call back.....I just felt when he spoke to me that he was annoyed and simply didn't want to talk. Can't really understand whets going on few days ago he was expressing his love to me and that he wants to marry me one day and now he sounds as if he no longer interested. Am I right with this feeling...Shall I just move on with my life?
